Did not recieved my sim card
Hi! 5th July, I ordered my new sim card for the volte and I never recieved it. I am trying to speak with a rep but i don't have any answer yet. If I go on my transactions history, I see the transaction for my sim card, but I don't see it when I go on my order history. Can someone help me please?

It can take 3 to 4 weeks and it will not be shown on the order history
It will be derived by PostCanada
The confirmation of your order can be found in your account under My parameters > Transaction history > All transactions.

2 to 5 days it is for the new card, the VoLTE replacement is longer, since it is pre associated with your plan
It will also be activated by you, without the need to the customer service agent
For example, if you buy a VoLTE SIM now, and you want to replace your card, you need to contact the support to be able to do it. With the VoLTE card sent it for the replacement of a older card you will do everything your self, and the process will take couples of minutes

Right now it seems up to 15 business days. I would wait one more week at least before get worried
