Hi, I bought a geeni security camera and it refuses my wifi password because it’s over 20 characters. Should I return the camera or should I change my wifi’s password? Thank you for the help

    Hi @Flouck68

I will change the wifi password

To change the password, here is one method:

    1. Open a web browser on any device and navigate to: 192.168.0.1
    2. Connect using the following information:
      1. Username: cusadmin
      2. Password: xxxxxxxx (enter the new password you selected during initial configuration)
    3. Navigate to to the following section to make any changes:
      1. Wireless → Basic Settings → 2.4GHz → set password at bottom left
      2. Enter password and click on "Save Changes" button

you can change password with app

    Download the Fizz Wi-Fi app

This handy app lets you schedule pauses, manage access and more.

    Download it for free:

To log in, use the following credentials:

    • Username: cusadmin

There you go! Your network is now ready.

You can also create a guest network

With the app, creating a secure and distinct network is easy.

    1. Log into the Fizz Wi-Fi app using your new administrative password.
    2. Go under My Wi-Fi.
    3. Select Guest Wi-Fi network.
    4. Activate/deactivate the guest Wi-Fi network as you please.

    Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm

Enter user: cusadmin and your wifi password

Go to menu "Wireless" >> "Basic Settings" >> "Guest"

    - Set "Enable Guest Network" on "ON".

    - Enter your desired "Guest Network Name (SSID)" for 2.4 GHz

and/or "Guest Network Name (SSID) 5G" for 5 GHz.

    - Enter "Guest Network Password". For security purposes, you should use a different password.

    Click on "Save Changes"

There are just text on this page but I can't change the password... It looks like tables with columns but there is not input fields to enable me to change the actual password. How come I can't change it?
