Call fowarding no longer works in my Xioami mi 10 ultra

Hi,
Call fowarding no longer works in my Xioami mi 10 ultra.
It used to work no issue but since VOLTE is enabled on my account it doesn't work even if I disabled VOLTE calls
Any idea?
Thanks

Try to configure it, putting the SIM in a Fizz's VoLTE certified phone

Both call forwarding and volte are now working with the uncertified phone? Did I get it right?

Maybe this can help?
Consider also restart phone, remove/reinsert card.

This problem may be because your carrier's call forwarding feature has not yet been activated or there was a problem during activation. It is recommended to disable the Call Forwarding button and then enable it
if not contacted, the green bubble support at the bottom righ thttps://fizz.ca/en/support

Hello,
Call forwarding and VoLTE.
Call forwarding will work when you use a VoLTE certified phone, activated with a VoLTE compatible SIM card.
If your phone is not VoLTE certified, manually setting up call forwarding will not work. Call forwarding for the voicemail option remains functional.

Exactly. Unfortunately you need a "certified" phone to have this feature working.

This seems to be the only plausible reason... Your phone is not certified

Restart your phone!

Once I receive the email myself I will try too... What you did is just putting the volte sim card in a volte certified phone and then popping it back in non-certified one and everything kept working fine... is that correct? Thanks for answering!
