Long distance call?
Hi, I based in Montreal and today I tried to call a Vancouver number, it says "you are calling a long distance number".
I have using my fizz number for several years, and I am sure my plan covers Canada. thanks.
I saw an email regarding LTE updates, is this something related ?

Hi @Lifan Yuan
Add +1 to the number or only 1
Since I am travelling outside the country I prefer to have my number with the + and the country code

you can do the 1 in front to not wait for the message,,,

hi Jess, thanks, it works.
It is just different, since I made some calls to Vancouver last week and no need to +1 prior to the phone number.

It can be different reason, I personally prefer to have all my number like that, and with Fizz you don't have problem to be invoiced

Being Fizz prepaid... There is no risk since if you don't have Canada coverage you cannot call at all outside of Quebec... Since it's prepaid they cannot bill you anything expect for your current plan... I think what you get it's just a warning
