    Hi @Mdc669

Are you able to connect other devices?

Check if you are using WPA2 or WPA3

Please elaborate your questions, it is really difficult to help without information

You are having trouble connecting 😕

Reset your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings

IMPORTANT: This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).

Maybe try to connect to the wifi through the Fizz wifi app, should be able to get the password there.

If your mobile phone keeps saying "wrong password" when trying to connect to Wi-Fi, there could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some things you can try:

    1. Double-check that you are entering the correct password for your Wi-Fi network. Make sure that you are not accidentally entering any extra spaces or characters.

    2. Make sure that your mobile phone is within range of your Wi-Fi network. If you are too far away from your router, your phone may not be able to connect.

    3. Restart your mobile phone and try connecting to Wi-Fi again.

    4. Restart your router and try connecting to Wi-Fi again.

    5. If none of these steps work, you may need to reset your router or contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

    I hope this helps!

you can do a Reset from modern

Reset your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings

Using a thin, pointed object, hold down the Wi-Fi modem's restart button for 10 seconds. Once your modem is gone, follow the same instructions as when you originally installed it.
