New VOLTE sim card, Made order but didn't receive it.

Hi there!

It's been two weeks since I accepted from Fizz ( free of charge ) to order a new VoLTE sim card and still not receive it. In my history of orders there is no information about new orders just have email confirmation. After contacting customer service and they said to go buy one and keep the original receipt for a refund.

Should I wait more or go buy one new sim VoLTE by myself? Has somebody already been in this situation?
