When my router will arrive?
Hi everyone ! I'm new to Fizz. I ordered a new router on 28th of June, on website I received a notification, that router will be in my apparent on 30th of June.
It's already 2nd of July and I didn't receive any notification further.
I'm working from home, so I need an internet connection for my job. Unfortunately, I can't receive any updates from FedEx.
Could you help me please with that ?

To check the status of your delivery:
Log into your account and go to My profile > Order history > View Details
Click on the shipment number to view your delivery details on the courier's website.
If you are expecting delivery of a Wi-Fi modem:
Delivery will be made to the home address associated with the Home Internet plan for which the modem was ordered.
A person 18 years of age or older must be present when the package is delivered

BTW, I think the quality of images in the posts has changed recently and it's not depending on users. @Whizz do you know why?

There's no much we can do with that... you have to contact fizz customer service if you want more info... still I think it's better to insist with Fedex if it has been shipped already

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Checking your account I saw that you received and managed to activate the plan on your side, for which we are happy to see.
In case you don`t get the modem delivered to you in the moment in which the tracking number states it, it`s just best to reach the delivery company in these cases.
