Is there a problem with the credit card update interface
The interface will not allow me to save my updated credit card info. It will not let me press the save button no matter which card I use. The address is correct.

Try to clear cookies, change browser ( or open in a incognito page )
Is you billing address is the same as you credit card bank? It has to be the same!
If that doesn't work, try to reach customer service on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support as they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.

Try a different browser. Sometimes I have this kind of problem with Fizz website.

I have tried two different computers, 2 browsers, an Icognito browser and the app and still no luck. The last time I updated there was no problem.

To remove a payment method.
- Log into your account.
- Under My settings > Payment methods
Important: you will not be able to remove your payment method if it’s associated with:
- An active plan. You must first add a new payment method and associate that new card with that plan.
- A return request for a phone, whether it’s a 15-day return or a warranty claim, that is still open. You must wait until your request is completed and closed

You need to click on the address to enable it

Did you try to add a new payment method or update an existing card? Try to remove the old card and add again with the updated information.
Also, you may have an invalid character symbol, like spaces or , -. in the form. Or some data isn't into the good formatted value (like date 01/01/2000 or 01-01-2000).

I was able to fix my problem. I have to have the bottom two boxes marked as NONE. This was not the default. Finally got it by playing around. Thanks everyone for the help.😁
