Are these finalized charges on your card, or is one a pending charge? It often happens with credit cards (not just with Fizz) that a pending charge will linger a bit longer even after the amount is finalized, but will then go away after a day or two, leaving only the one charge.
If both charges are not pending and are finalized then you have been double charged. I don't think the forums can help you with this unfortunately, your best course of action would be to contact Fizz support directly (go to Help from the website and look for the little chat bubble on the right). Keep the pictures handy, they may be useful to make your case. Good luck!

Login to your account, go to
Settings -> Transaction history and check it there. If you believe there is something wrong, contact customer support as we are all users here.

Try to reach customer service on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support as they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.

Contact support like everyone is telling you.
It happened to me too like two years ago but with proof I’m pretty sure you would get reimbursed if the extra charge went trough
