If Fizz account hacked
If so, we have no longer the access to our account, how can we use bubble chat?

You need to create a new account with a different email and then use that new account to contact Fizz.

You can access Fizz support (green bubble) without access to your account. But you will have to prove that it is you.

If click on account locked, it returns to forum, it's a closed circle.

I think previously it was working.
In this case you can try to use "Forgot password" or "Account locked" options first. But if your email was hacked as well it will be a big problem.

I tried, ex. locked account. It still go to page of login, it's a closed loop and endless.

Try in incognito mode or delete all the cache and cookies, I tried with a browser never user with Fizz

I tried with phone and PC, cleared caches, Incognito window, still pop out login page. Sorry couldn't turn photo.

You could use Facebook Messenger instead to contact support.

I don't know with app Facebook Messenger/ Whatsapp work or no, but when click on one of this two, it still pop out login page.

I have no these apps. But when I chose one of them, the login page is popped out. So I think even with Whatsapp, il still need login like bubble chat.

You are right.. it happens to me too. However, you can go directly on Facebook and send a message to the Fizz profile looking for assistance... you don't need to log in in that case
