The menu items are not clickable, have to refresh page.

Hi Fizz,

Sometimes, the menu items (Status/Basic/Wireless/Admin.....) are not clickable, or sub-menu items (LAN Setup/Gateway Function/Port Forwarding/...), and have to refresh the page. Anyone has the similar issue ? Thanks.

    It seems that you are testing extensively the modem interface, this is good

    What browser are you using?

    You should open a ticket in this way Fizz can correct the problem in the future releases, in your account My settings -> Contact form

    Try to reach customer service on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support as they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.

    Or open a ticket yourself.

    @AK20230110 I'm using messenger now, want to discuss 'forwarding port 443 issue' with someone at Customer service, still waiting for this guy......., how long generally we have to wait for a realtime conversation ?

    @Jess_i88b6 The modem forced me to do it since forwarding port 443 issue, try to figure out anything I'm missing.

    @Sébastien code ZXEL1 The current modem I have is really poor

    Not sure I can get a solution in short term, Maybe new modem will be better then current one, is there anyone can help me ? (  https://fizz.ca/en/support is just a link, not so helpful, Oh, Today is Sunday, but what 24/7 means ? 😭)
