My Benefizz level showing need negative points for next level.
I'm currently at level 4 and I have 15056 points. The website says I need -56 to go to level 5. Does this mean that I should have been at level 5 already? If so, how do I fix this?

The issue has been fixed. I received a message about the transition to level 5 about 1 minute after the post.

Good! They probably removed some mistakenly given points after you leveled up. They couldn't level you down so you remained at level 5 but with a negative score
