You can keep your perks in the account, but you need to create a new mobile plan
At the moment you cannot transfer a phone number on existing plan but it must be a new one.
The perks are associated with the account and not the plan
Therefore
you need a Fizz's SIM
Transfer the number on the existing account, creating a new plan

Lol, it's a bit confusing 😂. Currently with Koodo, that is not with Fizz, but it seems he has already Fizz account.

If you left Fizz less than 60 days ago, your account is still active, with all its perks. Over 60 days, forget it.
To reactivate a plan, see the link below. It says: click reactivate and follow the steps. It also says you CAN reuse your previous Fizz number, I understand that you can also take a new one.

Thanks for info. Maybe better keep one of two: mobile or internet, so we can keep all perks.

I had two number. 514 with Koodo, 438 with Fizz. Per answer above, I just get a new sim card and move koodo 514 to Fizz, then port out old fizz 438 to any other company, or cancel old fizz account. The new Fizz 514 should be able to use my old Fizz perks , right ? Thanks.

You should port the 514 to your existing account, and after move the 438 plan to another providers (or cancel) in order to keep your bonus/perks

I got it as you have already a mobile plan with Fizz and another number with Koodo.
If this is the case, you need to transfer the "Koodo number" to the same account you currently have with Fizz to benefit from the current bonuses. After that you can cancel your current "Fizz number".

It is possible to transfer your phone number to your new Fizz plan, but first and foremost DO NOT CANCEL YOUR CURRENT CONTRACT. Only active numbers are eligible for transfer to a new provider

simply create a new mobile plan in your account and close the other plan,,,,,,, and apply the bonuses to the new plans

I'd like to toss my two bits on the matter of the number. You can change the phone number of your plan from your Manage Plan screen though there will be a small fee to pay for the option to specify the last 4 digits of the number. $1 or $2.
The option is here: "My Plans"---->Press the "Manage Plan" of your mobile plan------>Change Number

Also, you will keep all the perks and upgrade in your account.

Ah. Yikes. Not my day it seems.
Still though, as a moderator, I can attest to what you said Jess. Plans that are made on the same account will share the perks, upgrade and progress of "My Rewards".
