I have two phones on the same account and I can not easily transfer data (I have to type the phone every time)

    What do you mean by wrong answer? This looks right to me... You indeed have to type the phone number in your case. You can't use a referral code.

    When follow the instructions from Wizz (last sentence) I get a pop-up on where you want to go, it is not the plan that RECIVE data it is the plan from where you want to SEND data.

    Hi @LAURENTIU-DANIEL R.

    When you want to gift data, suppose from plan A to Plan B

    • You go on plan A
    • Click on gift data
    • Select I know the person
    • Enter the phone number of plan B

    This is the best way to gift data between plans on the same account

    It is possible to gift data from one phone to another phone on the same Fizz account without typing the phone destination number every time (e.g. just select from UI like selecting a contact)? For now looks it is not possible since you can't add to your contacts your own phone even if you have 2-3 phones on the same fizz account. There fore if you want to transfer data between your own phones you can't just select one from the UI, you need to type the phone number in a text box every time.

    At the moment the only way is using the phone number, we already asked to modify the GUI

    FYI, this is called UI (User Interface) usability missing ...

    UI it is the point of contact between humans and computers.

    The use-case here is only for users that have multiple phones on the same account AND gift data often between the phones ... (possible other users will not understand well the use-case)

    Yeah, unfortunately you need to insert the phone number every time for now...
