If I have a Quebec coverage plan for $44, then change it to Canada/USwhat happens if i change back?
im wondering how it works.
lets say in theory, i have a $44 quebec plan with 30gb, i change it for a canada usa coverage for next month for 54$.
if after that second month, the one with canada/us coverage, i will be able to pay $44 dollars again when i switch back, or is it considered a plan change so I could be possibly paying more than the $44.
I hope it makes sense

You can only replace your plan with one of our plans offered at that time, and your old plan may no longer be available or may no longer be offered at the same terms afterwards.
Some discounts or promotions may no longer apply after you switch (for example, certain services or options that were included in your old plan may be charged under your new plan or may no longer be available).
therefore there is not garantie to have the same price

I’m just asking for a possible change. I currently have a primary phone with fido and I’m trying to see if porting my number will be better than staying with fido

You can change your plan every month if you want. The change will take effect at your next billing cycle date. You are right, if you change your coverage area, it is considered a change of plan and the current prices will apply. So if you subscribed during a promotion, you could have to pay more if you make changes to your plan.
The 20 GB Canada/US plan is currently $43 plus taxes for a limited time. It includes Voicemail, unlimited minutes and SMS. If I were you, I would jump on this. Don't forget to use a referral code when you subscribe to get a $25 rebate after your second payment.

Further more, every month, unused data rolls over for the next 2 billing cycles. You can also "gift" unused data to other Fizz members or receive gifts from them. If during a month you are short on data, you can ask for some on a Reddit data exchange where people who have too much offer it. There's also a Facebook page that does the same function.

Short answer: it depends if your 44$ Quebec plan is still offered or not. If so, yes you will, if not, you could have to pay more or less depending on the price plan at that time.
BTW, the 30Go Quebec plan is 41$ right now.

If it's still offered for that price you can change it back... Take into account that you have to wait for the monthly renewal for every change you do tho
