Difficulty finding adress

Hi!

I can’t seem to find my adress to had an Internet plan.

I did chat with someone after the automatic robot and the person said Internet is suppose to be available to my adress, to search with the option « i cant find my adress ». But it is still not working.

Is there something else I can do? The site is really slow and seems to have problem (always refreshing and going back to the beggining).

    Hello Ga_lr26,

    I am sorry to find out about this situation. I just verified your account and the conversation you had with my colleague in the chat.
    The address was added in your Fizz account, but after more digging into this case, I see that in the future we will coverage the area, this is why the system accepted it, however at the moment the area isn't wired. We are not able to inform you from now about an estimation for this, however you can contact us from time to time and we will verify again since we are trying to expand our coverages as fast as possible.

    That’s what I did yesterday when they told me my adress should be accessible and that Internet is now available at my adress.

    I tried again today but the chat seems to be working poorly : it’s closing everytime it’s close to my turn and then I have to go back to the beginning. It’s kind of frustrating ;)

    Try to clear cache of it doesn't work, then, try to change browser.

    I hope that resolves the reloading of the page.

    Not official rule: Fizz is available where Videotron is. So if your neighbors have Videotron, it's 99% that Fizz be available in your area.
