Port 443 is definitely opened. You are connected to this forum page on 443 port 🙂.
Usually ISPs are not blocking any ports. If you see that some ports are blocked, check your machine's Firewall first.

I don't use it any more, but the port 443 was not blocked, you need to connect to your router using your browser to 192.168.0.1 and make a port forward to your private machine (using the IP) where you have installed your web server
