add international call to current plan

after adding internation call to current plan, will it be the new plan and all the upgrade perk start over again from grade 1?

    Non you will not lose the upgrade or levels

    You will lose only if you close all the plans to your account


    What happens when I unsubscribe?

    Before unsubscribing, see if you can make another member happy: check whether any of the perks you received with My Rewards is giftable. Because once you are unsubscribed from Fizz, and no longer have an active plan with us, you lose your My Rewards status, which implies points, upgrades and perks as well.
