Hello, I have updated my plan to 100mbps, but i still got 60mbps. I restarted my modem. Still 60 mbps. Does anyone knows how to contact fizz technical support?

You can change your plan at anytime by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle.
Yes I have changed my plan already. I am currently paying for my new plan. It is written 100mbps in my dashboard. But i still got 60mbps internet speed.
This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
ok thank you. Factory reset did the trick, i did restart the modem but did not do the factory reset. That is a Fizz mistake, they told me to do a 'soft reset' (unplug 10 seconds et replug power cord). Have a nice day sébastien code ZXEL1
