Reset Voicemail PIN
I have been trying to open my voicemail message though now I forgot my PIN that I set when I first started my plan. Does a community member know how to help me regain access to my voicemail and how I can successfully reset my PIN even though I have forgotten it?

To reset or change your PIN
Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.

in your account you can modify
manage plan ....advanced parametres ,,,,,pin to access your voicemail....change pin

I only see the options 'My plan | The extras | Everything else'

in everything else, click on advance parameters
