Number cannot be transferred from Telus

Telus confirmed the following (while I'm over 1h45 of waiting time and my number in queue seems to change up and down...):
-No outstanding balance
-My number is a personnal one and not considered "professionnal" or any kind of sort
-My IMEI and contract number are correct. In other words, no typo
-The number is not blocked and got confirmation I can switch companies.
My last hypothesis would come from the Telus transfert sms which I didn't replied like TheEvillDonut. Got the email from Fizz stating my number couldn't be transfered at the same time I got the text message. Which make me think that is not the issue

My monthly payment is already low but not enough for my usage. I barely use 2-3 Go a month and that is why I'm looking to switch from Telus to Fizz

The same situation, very strange. I don't see why Fizz is send the email
Don't forget that after 90 minutes, you should cancel your plan with Fizz, since if the transfer fail the transfer, the plan will be activated after ~90 minutes with a new number. Check the message from @TheEvilDonut

Thanks for the heads up! My understanding is I need to talk to a representative to cancel my plan but I'm stuck between 2 and 3 in queue. Don't really know what is happening but I haven't seen anywhere else to cancel my plan

Anyone ever experience that weird event while on queue? I've been on queue since 18h17, now is 20h21 and my number seems to change randomly. Something broken with the chat?

Sometimes it's better to use whatsapp messages to contact fizz... it's not a live chat but in my opinion is more convenient

Yep I did when I had an issue with the volte sim card. It's probably not the fastest way but IMHO is more convenient because you don't have to wait for the line... you can just text and wait for an answer and so on
