I had some missing points too. Opened a ticket, now it says "Level 5. -183 pts before level 6".
What is negative points before Level 6??? Do I need to open another ticket to fix that?

Posting the comment above fixed the " -183 pts before level 6". I guess when they fixed the points problem, they changed the total, but did not trigger the function that checks if the account should go to the next level.

everything is ok it just says that you have to do 183 points to reach level 6

No, it was actually negative. After getting 6pts for the posts, I am now at Level 6, and 8 805 pts before level 7 (note the lack of a negative.
