Do you guys have any info about the wifi situation?

I made this post so that we can all share what we got as answers from the Fizz support team since the queue is very long and their answers are pretty broad.

My wifi works during the day but cuts off at 5 pm.

I tried reaching them three times but only talked to them once, they said they basically do not know when the wifi would be restored and that they are working on it, but I've run out of data and I think most of us did, so if anyone has any additional information you can share it with us!

I have talked to the rep also but they couldn't provide and ETA regarding when it will be back. I've been keeping track of videotron but its the same situation. Which area are you in ? My location never got the internet back at all :/

Hi @madao

There are many cables damaged by the storm, so I think your problem is related to that.You can try chatting with the support, but they are overwhelmed, so you will have to wait for a long time. Prepare yourself with a lot of patience.
