Fizz doesn't have an app on google store to manage your plan, however, if you are open your browser in the phone, and go to your account it will ask to "install the app" it is a PWA

Creating a shortcut is not exactly an app, is a way to open a browser on that url
a PWA is a real app, since the GUI (graphical interface) can be stored on the phone and also the data, which can lead to an offline use
however, I never check the Fizz’s PWA therefore I don’t know if it can permit that, but the PWA is an application
PWA it is a similar technology used by Microsoft Teams on Windows, at least was since they are moving to a different one

I don't know what phone you have it seems that some phone doesn't prove fizz still hasn't solved this problem

@Louis D. 54703 is looking for the app to connect to is account since he wrote "manage my phone plan" therefore it doesn't need the app for the modem.
In order to have the app in need to click install when he is going to his account from the phone, the other solution is to have a shortcut on the phone desktop to open the browser

there are several here either impossible for voicemail application and fizz applications and it is especially with Android 13 and the pixels too

We agree that the Fizz voicemail application has problems with Android 13 and Pixels. However, in this conversation, we are referring to the app that connects to our Fizz account. What specific problem are you aware of with the PWA? Since I don't know any!

As other users suggested, there is no Fizz app! Only a shortcut you can download and install for Chrome. The pop up notification will appear when you go on Fizz website from your smartphone (using chrome obviously)
