No idea yet. Contacted support, waited for ~1hour in the queue to be connected to an agent and he said they are working.

I don't want to discourage the users, but on the Hydro-Quebec site, they still have over 2,000 outages in Montreal and Laval. In the majority of cases, the cable will not work until the power is restored in the area.

In my case (H8T) there is no power at the data center ☹️.

I would expect a generator to be present in the data center.
The Videotron infrastructure requires a distribution box, which is visible on the electric pole. Therefore, it is much more sensitive to power outages. Sometimes the problem may be a few streets away from you, where there is not power but you have the power. :(

The big question is what is a central hub? Is it the distribution box on the pole? Since it is central for a certain sector

Wow nice, so it looks like at my place there are either no generators available or there's no gas for these generators 🤣.
