I Need help with payment
my roommates left my appartement and he was paying the router and so he canceled it gave me the account and I have been trying to pay the month and reactivate the router and Wi-Fi but it just loads infinitely after I press purchase I have tried with two card I have not had internet for 4 days now I have been trying to get help from fizz from 4 different messaging options I had to spend 20 $ for 1 gb of data juste to try to get help and I have not gotten the slightest bit of help it’s really disappointing

Did you try to use a different browser or using the browser in private mode?
Did you try to contact your credit card institution to see if the denied the transaction?

Try to contact the credit card institution? Once I used a vanlila credit card bought from Jean coutu pharmacies. However, Only one-off payments are accepted with Vanilla prepaid cards

maybe but it’s just weird I even used the card that was used to purchase the Wi-Fi before so I don’t think it is also it acts like it goes trought and then it loads back to the page

From your image it seems that you didn't click to confirm the ackowledge of the service agreement

No no I did that’s the the page it loads back to after it just unchecks it when it reloads

Sorry only the support can help you, probably the procedure for reactivating an internet that was closed it is different.
You should try to contact the support, I believe that tomorrow you will have the possibility to chat with someone, since more and more people they will get internet back.
