Can't activate new sim card and use my old phone number with Fizz
When I'm trying to activate my new sim card I get this message:
I've been trying for 2 days to talk with someone which is completely impossible. I've tried using your chat, messenger as well as imessage. Nothing work. How do I activate my new sim card using the same phone number??

You're following the wrong procedure.
You should contact the support team and provide them with an image of the credit card associated with your account. Remember to cancel the middle 8 numbers of the card and also provide your ID card. This I believe in order to protect your account from SIM swapping.
However, due to the overwhelming number of issues caused by the weather, the support team might be busy. Hence, you need to be persistent. Sorry for the inconvenience.
