What can I do if Fizz Home Internet is not available at my service address?

Home Internet in Bridlewood, Kanata, K2M
Hi,
After looking at available speeds, the website can't really seem to "locate" my address, though it can autocomplete it, and has let me order sim cards.
It just gives me a generic "whoops, we have trouble locating you, try chat" and that's it. I am in the Bridlewood zone in Kanata, close to Barrhaven, in the K2M area code. Anyone have any idea?

try your address on the Videotron link to see if Videotron services are available

if its available for Videotron at your location contact them fizz

It didn't say it wasn't available. The error literally was an error trying to find my address (again, even after the website could fill things in using autocorrect)
If that error means internet is unavailable, its a weird and kinda dumb way to say that (talking about the error) , but if that's what it is, I guess I have my answer

Not sure what that sentence means.
Does my neighborhood have a connection to Videotron? Not really how Internet or networks work, otherwise Fizz would have had to use their own towers. Long story short, connections can hop and piggyback from another provider.
If you are actually asking me to go out there and dig with a shovel, sure.

Same reason Fizz cell service is only available in Quebec and Ottawa likely.
Videotron doesn't currently have service in most of Canada except through partners, except in Quebec and Ottawa
