Sorry for your situation.
You should not post your address in a forum.
Do you know with a 1M of people without electricity this can affect your internet.
Therefore, I am positive that your problem is caused by the weather, you can contact the support or wait couples of hours to see if the situation will be resolved.

Same situation here - no home Internet since yesterday. Some data centers has no power and as a result some users have no Internet.
At least I have electricity and our generous community shared some data with me, so I can "survive" today. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
