Hi,

My location is in Quebec City but when I call it says the call is from Longueuil… how do I change that

    What is your area code?

    If you want to change the phone number this is the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-get-a-new-phone-number, but if you want to pick a phone number in a different area, this must match you address

    Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
    As some of our members already informed you, the 579 area code is for Longueuil and it was added since 418 codes were all used.
    There is not a mistake. There is no error and the fact that you were or not there, isn't a factor in this case.
    Currently you can select between 579 and 438 area codes. If you would like to change your number to one with 438, you can make this request directly from your Fizz account by going at: My plans -> Manage plan -> Change my number.
    There you will see options to get a new number - 1.15$ with taxes applied, or selecting the last 4 digits, for 2.3$ with taxes.
