Points counting Error
Answers

What the heck, same here, it's like everything was rolled back, I was 2/3rd of the way to the next level, now I'm half.

Any news guys? Not on my behalf

No news, no updates on my ticket.

Glad to read that...

Not in my case! They told me that it was a system error and the amount that i see right now is the good one (-700points)!

Ouch, 700 points
0 -
yes!!!
the problem is, there is no transparency in all this points system. We should be able to see a points history.
Because at any moment they can say : ohh, technical error from our side, we cancel your x points.

and to add more about transparency : in my case they just told me, system error, we withdrawal your 700 points and that's it. But there are people here are lvl 7 with 28k points, even if for lvl 7 you need 31.5k points. I'm really interested to see what decision they will take in this situation.

I'm still waiting for their level 7 bonus response, it's actually pi applied at level 6 and happy photo of March 13 which confirms level 7 at 8400 from level 8

I couldn’t agree more, sometimes I suspect that I didn’t get my points for whatever actions I did but there’s no way to double check and to challenge them…

Same thing for me, I have proof in my notifications that 3 weeks ago I earned this badge and that I now have this total of points. 3 weeks later, I now have less points than 3 weeks ago!!

Let us now if you get you points back!

I promise I will!

Luckily, if you lvl up, not sure that they will be able to reverse your lvl. They can take points, but not reverse a lvl:-) so worst scenario, you will have a lvl, without having the necessary points for this lvl 😂

Yeah but it’s gonna take months to get back where I was…

Just got this BS answer:
Have no idea what they're talking about. I am missing ~7000 points.

My ticket is not closed, if they will close it I will keep reopening it.

That doesn’t look good at all… How can we fight this with the lack of transparency of their points program?
0 -
BTW, I like the part where they tell you to « Rest assured »…
0 -
On what basis they are incorrect? They are not giving any info about it ...

I have them pomal the same answer yesterday I opened 5 tickets he closed one.

Those canned responses from support are the most annoying things.

BTW I think this was our BINGO prizes guys 🤣🤣🤣.

Maybe it’s April fool’s a little bit in advance?

Not excluded 😄.

Yeah, they close my ticket with their template message and they withdraw 700 points.

The most interesting part is that on March 6 i opened a ticket because in the last few days i was participating on the forum and i was accumulating points but my points balance remained the same, so i was not awarder any points. They escalated the ticket to technical team and i was told that is all right, all the points will be awarder to me. Now, they withdraw 700 points for an error on their side. I opened a ticket and I asked them to prove me wrong and provide me a detailed history of points. They just closed the ticket. The error is on their side and they should assume it, but not by withdrawing my points.
There is no transparency at all, maybe tomorrow they will do the same to other users or maybe they will just cancel points for a specific date.

don't know what to say always say the same thing

That’s a shame

@Vasiok please reopen your ticket. I will do the same for mine (still opened). Let's don't let them to abuse. Even in case of their system failure, was it users' fault? Any proofs provided? For my case it's unbelievable that ~7000 points were awarded by "mistake".
1 -
Yes, i did that.

Crazy! 7000 points is really a lot of work! They will certainly find the issue and give them back to you
0 -
That's really concerning! What's worth doing the work here, if we can lose the reward at any time...
0 -
That's exactly my point of view!
They can cancel/withdraw the points at any moment with any proper explanation.
1 -
I hope they will fix it honestly, for those of you who were affected
1 -
Whoaaaa I'm gonna start checking my points carefully.. WTH??!!
1 -
No need to, Fizz can decide to withdraw your points unilaterally. Why lose your time over this?
0 -
Exactly ........

I'm wondering how many people are there that didn't even realize that they didn't get the points.
2 -
Unfortunately, but it's true.
If we had a point statistics at least we were able to fight back.

it's on several

@Vasiok there has to be a few... Not everyone monitors their progress closely... Anyhow, it does seems a bit gimmicky, imo. Somebody's gonna go on "La facture" for that hahah
1 -
But that would have to be misleading advertisement on their part, and against The Consumer Protection Act...?
1 -
Problem is, you can’t prove anything… probably intended that way…
0 -
Not sure they care about this...
0 -
Absolutely

Is it worht a complaint at the OPC?
0 -
I doubt it
