Fizz from Ottawa to Florida .... and back
3 numbers in roaming. 2 old customer status without VoLTE activated. 1 new number with VoLTE activated.
Data and text was working perfectly on all 3 numbers using ATT and T Mobile Lte network.
The new one with VoLTE activated was able to make and receive calls without any problem....perfect.
For the old two without VoLTE I used TextNow for voice. Also I used TMobile 2G and worked well to make calls everywhere.
So no complaints at all. Everything good and happy to use my huge data plan in US thanks to Fizz.

Nice that you were able to make calls on 2g! that could certainly be useful to other users mentioning having difficulties with calls and texts in the usa

I'm not in the USA, but I use CellMapper app. to locate 2G mobile transmission towers. There are hundreds in eastern USA, and some users are reporting recent 2G connection to T-Mobile using these towers. Many recent T-Mobile 2G connections have been reported 4 days ago from towers located along Florida Turnpike, between Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, which confirms that 2G calls are still available. Similar situation in the Savannah GA vicinity.
Good thing T-Mobile 2G GSM is still available in many areas in the USA for old Fizz users .

2 phones, one with old SIM and one with VoLTE. In Florida since mid December. The old SIM phone worked when forced to use T-Mobile. The VoLTE phone did not work until the last 2 weeks in March.
