VOLTE network
So i just check my sim card and it does have the red lighting bolt ⚡️ on it. I checked my phone model as well and it is on the list of certified Volte phones.
So my question is why doesn't my phone work with the Volte network. I don't see this when I make calls. My phone software has been updated and I have enabled the Volte calls on the settings as well.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Since you probably joined Fizz before March 16, 2022, you shouldn't have access to VoLTE before spring 2023, even if you already have the new LTE SIM card. If you are traveling to the USA shortly, T-Mobile will be the only provider to make phone calls (calls will use T-Mobile's 2G GSM network). Data will be available thru both T-Mobile and AT&T.

All depends when you joined Fizz. If before March 16, 2022 you need to wait until VoLTE will be activated for old customers.
