Visual voicemail not available because it was made for an older version of Android.
Hi,
Basically the title. I have a Pixel 4a (not the 5G version), it is currently running on Android 13. When I try to download Fizz's Visual voicemail app, it says that "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android".
What can I do in this case if I want to use the visual voicemail?

This is just an unfortunate side effect of how the store lists requirements.
I searched through older posts and it seems like this is still the latest version as posted by another user: https://www.mediafire.com/file/p2q7an5klsq28fg/Fizz+Visual+Voicemail+1.0.apk/file
Do this at your own risk, it was packaged back into an apk from that user, but there weren't any comments afterwards.
You can save or send yourself the file, and install it from the apk directly, you'll just need to allow your file manager or browser to install "unknown" apks. Here is a more or less accurate guide on where the option is: https://www.maketecheasier.com/install-apps-from-unknown-sources-android/
Keep in mind you will not receive updates, but then again, the app hasn't been updated since 2021.

I migrate my phone from 12 to Android 13 and the Visual Voice is working.
I will try to remove it and reinstall, I will let you know.

Remove the app and reinstalled without problem I am using Android 13 updated on February
Are you using a different PlayStore?

On my Samsung same problem of you, on the OnePlus is working (but here was already installed, I uninstall and reinstall). Both with Android 13
However, the version on the store was release Jul 30, 2021

Something similar happened to an old phone of mine, it must not have particular criteria for the app to work. Yes your phone is updated to 13 but not fully, probably due to "old" technology. Maybe check if your phone have the criteria for the app to work, and if not you'll have to buy a phone that does.
