Fizz modem works no more

Wired internet connection doesn't work. The wifi doesn't show up anymore. Only the top "power" light lights up. Tried to unplug power for 30 sec. Tried to press the "reset" button for 10sec. Tried several electric outlet.

How can I get a replacement modem?

    Hi @Elieeeee

    Can you try to turn off the modem, when the modem is off, disconnect the coaxial cable, wait 5 minutes, reconnect the wire and turn on the modem.

    If after a few minutes you will not be able to use the internet, you should contact support, as there may be a temporary problem in your area.

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    I see that you reached out to us in regards to your Wi-fi issue and one of my colleagues from the French department has set you up for a Service Call.

    C'est fait! Tout est bien branché. J'ai aussi essayé un nouveau cable coax.
