Internet Cut Out when Requested a Plan Change
Hi Fizz,
I received an email saying your plan will change per my instructions on February 22 and to reset my modem at that time. Well, today, Feb 17 the internet is not working anymore! What should I do?
I reset my modem a couple times already.

Try to disconnect the modem and reconnect it after like 5 minutes.

I hope I don't experience an outage due to a plan change.
