15GB of data to all our mobile members!
I just got an email from Fizz detailing the following:
15GB to all our mobile members. Every Fizz member with at least one active mobile plan on November 30, 2022, will receive a My Rewards perk of 15GB
*(3) Any account with at least one active mobile plan as of November 30, 2022, will receive one (1) My Rewards perk of 15 GB during the month of December 2022. The account owner will be notified by email at the time of the deposit. This My Rewards perk will then be available for 30 days, after which this My Rewards perks of 15 GB will expire. Once this perk is activated on your plan, you will have 30 days to use it.

Same here.
Though Fizz is so generous like this, I think personally that 15GB for one month is much more than I could use...
It was great in the past that Fizz divided into several small perks of 1GB. I prefer that way....

3 x 5GB that are available for 90 days could also have been a good alternative.
Beggars can't be choosers ! ;) I appreciate the gesture Fizz has done, especially since it will be one month before the holidays.

Me neither. Haven't received this email yet. But hey, I wont say no to free data. What about the data they were suppose to give with the new VoLTE sim card ? Never received them.

Free is free, so can't really complain (but I still am going to 🤣), however I do agree that 15 GB is quite a bit to use up in one month for most users 😅

If you're a mobile member you should get it. Fizz says it is for ALL members!

Delays on the card shipment,
5GB is given 60 days following SIM activation.
System glitch caused delays in shipping of the SIM cards.
VoLTE is not active anyways on Fizz network, so not a big deal in my opinion.

I have the new sim card on my phone since July.
Been more than 60 days.
And I dont reaaly mind that the VoLTE is not active too. Just as I said, if you promess something, make sure that you keep your promesses.

I got mine. It's like 30 days after I did the sim switch. I got 1gb perks x 5. Total 5gb.

I reached out to customer service about mine. Way past the 60 day mark. They said they have a ticket open but couldn't give me any kind of reference number ☹️
