No movement on phone order?
I purchased a phone on the 21st, paid in full. It is now the 30th and it hasn't moved past "order confirmed", not into shipped or even "in preparation".
It still displays an estimated delivery date of the 25th, and I submit a ticket requesting an update 3 days ago but have received no response.
I'd really appreciate any kind of help or response regarding when I can accurately expect this phone to ship.

Bought mine on the 19th, chatted at least 4 times with them and only this morning did the order show in preparation. Hopefully it means something!

Same problem. Bought on the 22nd, chatted 3 times (currently on chat) being told system issue, and the tech team has to manually create each order for those affected.

This is the reason I got
"More precisely, our automatic system got your order, the product was added from the database into the order (so it ca appear in your Fizz member account > My settings > Order History), however, once the order was delivered by the automatic system into the Fizz member account, it was not also triggered with our storage (from which the product must be taken) and also it didn't trigger the delivery company to get the product to you (the proof for this is that you have no tracking number in your order)."

Unfortunately, but this seems to be a general problem right now for everyone that bought a phone:-/

UPDATE: I made my order on the 19th for a Pixel 7 and my phone was just shipped!!! :)

Yesterday evening(Jan 30), csr told me my Pixel 7 was shipped as well. I just have no clue about delivery date.

Received mine today. The preparation started at 5:50 am and it was shipped at 7pm yesterday.
