Google Pixel 6A
Hello,
I ordered a Google Pixel 6A almost 10 days ago and still haven't received any tracking information yet. Only "Order confirmed". I opened a ticket yesterday but it is still in "In Progress".
Do you have any news on this situation?
I see there are more people here with the same problem, but apparently there is no clear answer from Fizz on this.

I'm sorry for the situation you have encountered with the phone purchase!
I've managed to see that a ticket has been indeed escalated to our technical department, and even though you have not received any reply to this ticket yet, I can see that the phone's tracking information does appear now, the status has been updated so please check your account's Order history for more information.

Yet there's still no answer as to why we aren't receiving our phones... They tell us to ask them in private yet they still have no answer in private, only an open ticket with yet again no information.
