Extra data needed, not sure where to find
I was wondering how to get a bit of extra data.
I'm currently having a technical issue with my account. I had 15GB of data, used almost 6, then find out all my data is gone. Tech department is looking into it, been more than 1 day.
If by chance you have anyone has any extra data they can send to me it would be greatly appreciated. Any amount at all is a big plus. Especially having to head on the road to see a family member in the hospital with no data isn't fun. Hopefully tech department can get my issue resolved soon.

My support ticket is still open for my data issue and seems to still be dragging on for almost 2 weeks. This is ridiculous! Lol Any ideas or suggestions to get any proper support from tech support?

I just verified your account and I noticed that you received a response on the ticket, mentioning that the perk was deactivated as 30 days passed since its activation. The perks only had 30 days of availability, therefore, if the perk was not fully consumed, the remaining data was lost. We cannot give you the data back, however, you can always purchase an Add-on, place a plan change order to get more data in your place, or ask for data on the community.
