Activation Pending
I activated my sim card over 2 days ago, but it still shows activation pending. I contacted Customer support 2 days ago and they created a ticket #209035 but I have had no updates since. Customer service won't tell me when they will get around to resolving this issue. In the meantime, I'm stuck without phone service.
Is this a common problem? Is there something that I can do to get this fixed in a timely manner?

You will be able to see the progress from My settings > my tickets.
As soon as we have any updates we will contact you right away via e-mail.

I got a similar problem, my plan was on activation pending, for weeks, I was able to use it.
I was not able to apply bonus, rewards, change plan or unsubscribe
Have you try to put the SIM on the phone?

The sim is in the phone. And I have tried the power off, remove sim, reinsert sim, power on procedure many times already. No luck. No service.
