Ordered phone over two weeks ago still in "order confirmation"

Hey, I ordered a google pixel 6a on November 27th . I haven’t received the phone and it still just says "Order confirmed." Expected delivery was supposed to be on Nov 30th. I contacted customer support on Dec 7th who opened a ticket. The ticket still just says "in progress" as it did when it was first opened. I've contacted customer support more recently but have just been getting the run around saying the "department is working on the ticket".

Has anyone else had this experience before, or know how I can actually get the phone I ordered?

    I'm sorry for the long waiting time, we understand the situation, and I can assure you that we are doing our best to deliver the phone as soon as possible. We did not forget about you and you will surely receive the phone you paid for. I just verified your ticket and I can see that the technical team is indeed still investigating the issue, and we left a note on the thread to mark its urgency. Once we receive a resolution from them, we will reach back to you right away, via email with the updates.

    my credit card also shows the phone was paid in full to fizz

    The delivery date indicated on your order summary is meant as a guideline; shipping is done by a third party, and Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 

     

    You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.

    Log into your account and go to My Settings

    Click on Order history See details.

    Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.

    If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.

    If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.

    When will my SIM card or phone be delivered ?

    Delivery will depend on which shipping option you selected when you ordered.

     

    Express shipping (under 3 hours):

    Available only for SIM card deliveries in the Greater Montreal Area.

    Offered in the order process when we know we’ll be able to commit to this delay.

    Saturday, for an order placed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST (no delivery later than 5 p.m.).

    Expect your delivery:Monday to Friday, for an order placed between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (no delivery later than 9 p.m.).

     

    Standard shipping (2 to 3 business days):

    If your delivery time spans a statutory holiday, delivery will take an additional day.

    On the following week for an order placed towards the end of a week.

    Expect your delivery:Within the week for an order placed early in the week.
