Am I allowed to sell a phone I bought from fizz
Hypothetically speaking - can I give or sell a phone bought from the fizz to someone NOT with the fizz as long as I keep my own account active x 24 months?

Hi, if there is no discount on this phone. If it had a rebate on the purchase, you must repay the rebate in full on a pro rata basis according to the remaining months before doing what you want with it.

Depends on whether his other phone was bought at a discount or not. Each phone with a discount must include a 24 month plan if the discount is not refunded. It's Fizz's policy.

@Mamie I know the policy, but the user already wrote that the plan will stay active for 24 months.
Therefore the user can sell it anyway. However, if the phone didn't have a rebate, the phone can be sold or given without the obligation to stay with fizz for 24 months after the purchase or pay the difference.
