Hi, it is better not to put personal information, it is public forum and we are subscribers.

For your phone, there may be a few reasons. Have you checked in your account if everything is up to date? Is your package active? Your valid payment method? Your account is not suspended?

If you really believe it's a technical difficulty unrelated to your account, contact customer service, they can check with you and help you as mentioned above. Go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click. You can chat with support. Chat is the faster way.

Did you check with Customer service on the reason ?

Did you buy this iphone new, or used from an individual ?

I have seen many scams of people selling "used" phones, or even new phones on kijiji or other seller sites. The phones works great for a few weeks, and then they are declared as "stolen" by the original owner, which puts the phone IMEI on a blacklist. Once the phone is on the blacklist, it can't be used on any of the major Canadian networks.
