Fizz site under maintenance

Hello. I got an email saying there was a problem with my payment but now the site is under maintenance. I can't even get through to anyone in the chat. Does anyone know how long this maintenance is supposed to last? I don't want my services suspended when I can't even see or fix the issue. thanks.

    Hi, in general the maintenance of the site is done from 12:00 to 6:00 a.m. There may be another technical glitch to solve.

    You have received an email from Fizz giving you instructions to follow. Generally, you have 72 hours to update your payment before your service is suspended.

    You can reach the customer service via Facebook. They may be able to let you know when your account can be accessed. https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/

    Website (to access your account) is still not running on my side. Been like that all day.

    Hi, it's better to open another ticket.

    Now the site is accessible. Change browser if possible. Clear the cache and put it in private mode, then try again.

    If it's not urgent, I'll wait another day for the system to be properly updated.

    Yeah it's back, but looks a bit ugly to me.

    Still not working for me. Site is inaccessible (says "Signing into your account is impossible"). Trying to reset password does the same thing. Trying to use the bubble sends me to the login page. Tried from different devices/browsers, same thing.

    I like everything else about Fizz, but this is the second time this happens in the 4 months that I've been with them...
