My internet connection is lost. I rebooted my modem multiple times. This is absurd. I hate that you can’t talk to anyone except a robot. Customer service sucks,,,, I guess that’s why the service is so cheap. Modem’s are useless, doesn’t reach basement or upstairs when Bell did no problem

    Hello Jarblaster123,

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I can see some disconnections were registered, however, your connection is looking ok at the moment.
Here you can find some troubleshooting you can try: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
If the situation persists please reach our support team to investigate this further.

    Have a lovely day,
    -Alex

Hi, if you still have the connection loss problem, try factory setting your modem.

This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).

"Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.

Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it."

If the problem is still there after this manipulation, as indicated above, contact customer service. Go to this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble with a question mark, to your right, click on it and then another click. You can chat with support. Chat is the faster way.

It is a robot that receives if there is a queue. You must write that you want to speak to an advisor. He will tell you to wait and you will be answered. You can see the number of people on hold just at the top of the chat window. Good luck.
