Does fizz give 250mb of free mobile data every 3 months?
There was a statement written in my fizz account that I will revive 250mb of data in 77 days. Can someone explain me how it works?

Following the verifications I see that you are referring at the upgrades.
The bonus from them will be applied monthly in your account at the start of each new cycle. In case some of the data won't be used in the current cycle you received it, do not worry. It will be rollover to your next cycle.

It's not really a constant and consistent thing. I receive perks in varying amounts. It depends on the level you're at as well.
