If the second, third, the two lights with an arrow are flashing, this means that the connection is good
If the fourth is blinking probably there is a problem authenticating

If the @ Status light and blue arrow lights are blinking, it's a sign that the modem cannot connec to Fizz on the operator side.

If you can share a picture of your modem lights and indicate which are blinking, which are solid, I can try and see what the problem is myself.

Hi Mlove, if any issues, change device if possible, empty the cache of your browser, restart it and put it in private mode. Try chatting again. Go to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
If there are too many people at the same time, the bubble may disappear. Try a little later. Good luck.

Hi @Mlove
for me is working, try to change browser or use in private mode, if you use any ads blocker this can block it, if you can try to disable it.
