Are you a new Fizz customer ? During the signup process, they will ask you if you would like to transfer your current phone number from another provider. All you will need to provide is the account number and IEMI number form your phone.

I have the same issue. Transferred from Virgin no problem but still cannot make or receive phone calls. My account « is still pending » . Am I missing something?

After the signup, and activation of the SIM card, your provider "Virgin" will text you a yes/no message which you have to accept.
After that it's a 1-2 hour wait (at least in my case it was).
