I need help replacing my internet hub and I’m not getting answers from customer service.

Did you check the electrical outlet ? The modem does not turn on at all? No sign of life? Inevitably, it will be necessary to speak with Fizz. What do you mean when you say you don't have an answer? You tried the chat?

All the outlets are fine and the cable is ok as well. Yes tried chat and it’s been hours that nobody has answered.
